Denise is happy to have been able to live & work as a professional Realtor for the last twenty three years.  The last 14 have been spent along one of the most beautiful beaches in the country ….The Emerald Coast of Florida. Denise has been a Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1993 and brings her unique experience & skills to Beachy Beach Destin. In the 1990s she built a real estate team that continues to be one of the most successful teams in Florida. She followed this chapter with 7 years at the largest real estate law firm in Northwest Florida.  Her position as Head of Marketing included facilitating p.r. campaigns as well as taking real estate contracts from drafting to closing. In 2004, Denise and her family decided to move to beautiful Destin to be near the beach. Denise’s joy is using her real estate talents, built over the years, to help families find their own place at the beach. Whether that home be a full time residence or their family’s special getaway, Denise works tirelessly to find the perfect fit.

As a daughter of a career naval family Denise has lived in many beautiful coastal areas in the country.  This provided the beach as the backdrop for so many memories.  She is now is passing along the same experience to her growing family and to her clients. Denise and her husband have three children that live in Florida. Her eldest daughter is an attorney specializing in real estate right here in Destin. Valerie is a wonderful mother to Denise & Aubrey’s first granddaughter! Their son, Frank graduated from University of West Florida and is a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine in Tampa. Their youngest, Grace is a seventh grader that brings lots of energy & fun to all the family gatherings. They feel truly blessed!

Denise is also an active community leader and passionate about kids. She is a ‘mentor mom’ to young moms through the MOPS program and serves on several boards dedicated to bringing great experiences to the kids in their community. Denise is a graduate of the Destin Chamber Leadership program called “Destin Forward”.  Food for Thought is one of her favorite charities. She enjoys being actively involved in this wonderful community!
